Digital transformation obliges the SDIS (Departmental Fire and Rescue Services) to look at tools capable of boosting communication and collaborative practices, with actors spread over a large departmental territory but also very varied, whether they are professional or volunteer firefighters or administrative staff, elected officials or agents of other territorial authorities without forgetting the partners around civil security.

In addition to communication and cooperation issues, it is also a question of rationalising work tools and dematerialising processes, while maintaining a strong commitment to capitalising on and sharing knowledge for training purposes.
