A collaborative morning rich in exchanges and sharing
Jalios and his partner BS-Team hosted a morning session on the theme of digital transformation on March 5 in Saint-Sulpice, Switzerland. The aim of this morning was to encourage collaboration, sharing and exchanges, but also to learn more about the different uses of the Jalios JPlatform solution. A look back on this event.
After a presentation by BS-Team on the deployment and integration of collaborative projects and Digital Workplace, we were able to benefit from feedback from our client Groupe Mutuel, leader in health insurance in French-speaking Switzerland, followed by a demonstration of our solution by our Pre-Sales Manager, Jean-Michel Lambert.
Groupe Mutuel's experience feedback
Loic Mühlemann, head of communication at Groupe Mutuel, first presented his vision and the challenges of their Digital Workplace project.
Groupe Mutuel's essential need was to improve internal communication by uniting employees around a tool.
Jalios was chosen for its modularity and integration with external tools such as the Office 365 suite. Groupe Mutuel also appreciated the involvement and proximity of the publisher.
It also stressed the importance of change management to enable the hundred or so employees to work differently and underlined the involvement of Jalios and its partner in this crucial stage.
The collaborative intranet, Mynet, promotes internal communication, facilitates collaboration, develops cross-functional communication and brings employees together. Each employee connects to his or her personal "Moi au Groupe Mutuel" space from which he or she can access content, documents, the profile directory and business applications.
The solution is also fully integrated with Microsoft Sharepoint.
