Issue: A solution for information sharing, capitalization and scalability
The Régie Immobilière de la Ville de Paris called on Jalios, together with its integrator Klee, to set up a collaborative intranet.
With 3 administrative sites and more than 600 caretaker lodges, it was necessary to have an information-sharing solution, federating around RIVP values.
Jalios and Klee responded to this problem because they could provide the company with long-term support for these needs.
Solution : A collaborative intranet to federate around RIVP's values
The solution was a collaborative platform that could convey the RIVP spirit, have all the functionalities that the company was expecting, in terms of information, sharing, capitalization and above all scalability.
The project started in 2010, and its strength was the involvement of the 3 directions, communication, human resources and IT. Then the other business lines were gradually included.
In 2016 a redesign was carried out to go further in the collaborative aspects, capitalization and information sharing.
