From September 25 to 28, Jalios took part in the firefighters' congress, in Mâcon, a key annual event that brings together the SDIS (Services départementaux d'incendie et de secours) and civil protection players from all over France.
Here's a look back at the 2024 edition of this event, and in particular at the workshop previewing Jalios' new JLIC solution, which enables the dematerialization of individual skills booklets.

It's always a pleasure and a source of pride for Jalios to take part in the Congress every year: the atmosphere is warm and friendly, and the importance of the firefighters' mission is clear. This year, we were delighted to welcome back our many customers...
To date, Jalios has more than 20 SDIS customers, including those in Haute-Garonne (31), Charente-Maritime (17), Tarn (81) and Landes (40), etc., who use the Jalios solution on a daily basis to meet all the needs of their populations.
We also met up with our partners, including Atol CD, OBS, Blueway and Antibia, with whom we work closely to support SDIS in their digital transformation and the implementation of their intranets.
This transformation represents a key challenge for strengthening communication and operational efficiency. By introducing Jalios technologies, SDISs are equipped with reliable, modern tools that facilitate the management of day-to-day tasks. Jalios Workplace, for example, is a comprehensive solution that enables mobile access and provides a digital work environment tailored to the needs of teams.

During the congress, Jalios led an exclusive workshop highlighting the transformation of training follow-up processes through our new solution, JLIC, which enables the dematerialization of individual skills booklets, with Sylvain Denegre, Training Designer, SPP officer and Eric Gabas, Solution Manager at 1Day1Learn.
To better meet the specific needs of SDIS, Jalios, in collaboration with its partner 1Day1Learn, recently launched JLIC, an application dedicated to training and skills acquisition specific to SDIS.
The JLIC module revolutionizes the management of Livrets Individuels de Compétences for firefighters, by offering a dematerialized solution designed specifically by and for them.
JLIC simplifies the tracking of skills and training paths, thanks to innovative features such as automatic integration of continuous development plans, instant personalization of training strategies, and fluid management of training materials and players.
