Generative AI and the Employee Experience: Highlights of the 2024 edition of the Digital Workplace Show

On March 19, 20 and 21, 2024, Jalios and its partners ASI, Atol CD, Capcod, Digiwin, Klee Group, Kozao, Orange Business / Eolas, Streamlike, Wisen and 1Day1Learn were present at the Digital Workplace, Intranet, Collaborative, Internal Communication and Collaborator Experience trade show at the Jalios Village.

This year, the Jalios Village was transformed into the Olympic Village, where each Jalios partner was able to propose a sporting challenge, a fine symbol of our team spirit and collaboration. With over 13,000 visitors, the show enabled participants to meet passionate experts, exchange innovative ideas and discover the latest trends in Intranet and Digital Workplace.

The show also fits perfectly between the Salon RH and Documation, 2 events taking place on the same dates and at the same venue, as the Digital Workplace also covers HR topics such as On-Boarding and Learning, as well as document management and EDM integration.

Our customers and partners in the spotlight at this year's show!

The three days were packed with round tables and workshops, and this year the focus was on the employee experience and Generative AI. In addition to the round tables, where Jalios experts spoke with our customers and partners, in particular MGEN, CDC Habitat, BRGM and the Université Catholique de Lyon, we also ran a number of highly successful workshops: 

• From Onboarding to Offboarding: how does the Jalios Digital Workplace support the day-to-day employee experience?
• Jalios & Klee Group workshop | Interactive demo: How AI changes the employee experience in concrete terms
• Blended Learning: how to combine human and digital learning to enhance learning

• MGEN [Case study]: How does AI improve the daily lives of knowledge base users?
