Intervention: Digital transformation: how to reconcile managers and employees around a Digital Workplace?

Everyone sees noon at his or her door, and the same goes for digital transformation. While employees and managers (*) agree on the objective of improving digital transformation work processes (47%), employees seem to favour flexibility (41%) and collaboration (24%), while managers emphasise customer relations (33%) and the visibility of the company and its communication (23%).
