We have concluded the Winter edition of our flagship event, the Digital Workplace Days, which took place on 2, 3 and 4 December 2020. This edition was a great success, attracting more than 800 registered participants to talk about digital transformation and collaboration in the current telework environment.
The 3-day programme, organised around 4 main families of uses, essential to the Digital Workplace: communication, collaboration, efficiency and knowledge, addressed all aspects of your digital transformation challenges, with a particular focus on teleworking.
Maxime Robache, author of Mettre en place et Manager le télétravail, published by Eyrolles, opened the conference by stressing the importance of co-constructing telework and seizing the opportunity to turn it into a lever of collective intelligence.
Between Keynote, Round Tables, Experts' Speeches and Masterclass, 54 speakers shared their advice, cases of use and testimonials. From reflection to the completion of your Digital Workplace, these conferences provided you with answers at each stage of your project, in contexts as varied as a social and collaborative intranet, a business knowledge base, or an extranet in extended organisation.
You were able to benefit from the expertise of 13 of our partners, including Microsoft, a Jalios partner, alongside our Indigo and MAIF customers, who shared their vision and experience of a Digital Workplace fully integrating different uses of Office 365.
Coline Chaumont, Communications Director at Indigo: "Moving from a fragmented, local ecosystem to a unified, easy-to-access tool with Office 365 applications".
Thirteen of our clients also spoke about the implementation of their collaborative platforms, highlighting how these have enabled them to continue their business despite the health crisis and thus be "Effective together and remotely".
For example, Juliette Grinard, Communication Director at Aunis Atlantique, said: "The period of the health crisis has been an accelerator for equipment, uses and behaviours, and the Digital Workplace has been totally adapted to our current and future challenges".
