Issue: Driving change towards collaboration
Eovi Mcd Mutuelle called on Jalios and ASI to assist it in the transformation of its internal uses to collaborative, following the implementation of an intranet and collaborative spaces under Jalios.
We supported the internal communication team of Eovi Mcd Mutuelle in defining its change management plan towards collaborative work:
- Identification of the expected collaborative uses in the company
- Accompaniment of the internal communication team
- Acculturation to digital: collaboration, corporate social networks...
- Training of community leaders
- Identification of ambassadors and delivery of a KIT to deploy these uses in the company: facilitation guide, practical information sheets, etc.
