A collaborative intranet to unite around RIVP's values
The Régie Immobilière de la Ville de Paris called on Jalios, accompanied by its integrator Klee, to set up a collaborative intranet.
With 3 administrative sites and more than 600 guard lodges, it was necessary to have an information sharing solution, federating around RIVP values.
Jalios responded to this problem with a collaborative platform that could transmit the RIVP spirit, have all the functionalities that the company expected, in terms of information, sharing, capitalization and especially scalability.
The project started in 2010, and its strength was the involvement of the 3 departments, communication, human resources and IT. Then the other trades were gradually included.
In 2016, a redesign was carried out to go further in terms of collaboration, capitalization and information sharing.
