JClub 2019 : Our customers in the spotlight
On June 18, while France was commemorating General de Gaulle's Appeal, Jalios celebrated his clients.

Nearly 90 customers gathered !
As usual, it was a client who hosted the event. This year, the Académie de Versailles was pleased to welcome us to the Renée Auffray high school in Clichy. This key meeting of the solution's user community was an opportunity for our customers to meet and exchange ideas with Jalios teams (Sales, Marketing, R&D, Professional Services).
Launch of the day
Jacky Galicher, CIO of the Académie de Versailles, introduced this new edition of the JClub. This school district is the largest in France with nearly 1,100,000 students. Vincent Bouthors, founder and president of Jalios, then took over to preview the latest news from the publisher, including the new Jalios positioning, with the integration of Office 365 tools, the launch of the usage catalogue, etc. The publisher's current vision of an innovative digital transition leads to a more integrated and mobile Digital Workplace that can adapt to the daily challenges of organizations.
The new services
During the morning, our clients were able to discover the Consulting, Professional Services and Support teams that support their projects on a daily basis.
New catalogues were presented by our Consultant and Consulting Teams. The one that includes the latest services in terms of local support and personalized training.
As well as the opening of the catalogue of uses where you can now find the first sheets developed in collaboration with our customers. These operating guides are organized according to the four families of uses of the Digital Workplace : Communication, Collaboration, Knowledge and Efficiency.
Our Client Communities
The first Jalios customer community, focused on French local authorities, was inaugurated. This launch is in line with the desire to bring customers in the same sector closer together to promote the sharing of best practices and highlight all the benefits of the Jalios ecosystem. The enthusiasm generated among our clients following this presentation encouraged them to develop their own community. To date, new ones have been or are being created for humanitarian aid, donors or federations.
A customer relationship honoured
The JClub is also the recognition of the commitment of its customers. This year, it is with great emotion that the Jalios employees presented the trophy. Since the implementation of the solution in 2013, Benoît Moraillon, CIO in charge of the project, by his willingness to innovate, has contributed to the digitalization of the Region. Today, Brittany has 12 Jalios authorities.
Its involvement in the collaborative platform, with the sharing of 9 modules, has allowed the solution to develop to best meet your needs.
Roadmap 2019/2020 unveiled
After an interactive Live Demo and an inventory of the tools already developed by the Pre-Sales team, users of the Jalios solution exclusively discovered the latest innovations. Always concerned with better team collaboration, our R&D led by Olivier Dedieu, co-founder of Jalios, is dedicated to creating tools that meet current needs.
This year, the focus was on employee mobility and the integration of pre-existing tools, such as Office 365, when setting up a Digital Workplace or other collaborative platform.
