Challenges: Developing collaborative work between employees
As part of its global digital transformation approach, CNPP has chosen the Jplatform solution to replace its existing intranet, which has become obsolete and unused for 2 years. The main objective of this project was to develop the culture of collective intelligence and collaborative work between employees at the service of customers and the development of the CNPP offer.
ASI accompanied the CNPP in:
- the formalization of needs through several business workshops
- the integration of a solution
- the support of the Communication teams in the use of the tool
The Jalios solution was chosen for the creation of this new intranet
