As part of its gradual digital transformation and in the face of the obsolescence of the existing tool, Lille Metropole Habitat (LMH) has decided to create a new intranet to boost communication and collaborative practices within its organization. The implementation of this new platform, called "Pandora", was designed to meet different needs :
"Employees publish their own news or documents, without a validation filter. This self-controlled practice promotes the adherence of the
and decompartmentalization."
Alexia Watine, Digital Communications Officer, LMH
For the implementation of this new project, the Jalios solution was chosen because of its functional richness in line with LMH's needs and for its speed of handling by the user. Accompanied by our partner EOLAS - Business & Decision Group, the design and development of the project was based on content and document management, collaborative spaces and a RSE.
Thus, in order to develop the use of "Pandora", LMH is constantly working on its enhancement : very useful business spaces, especially for newcomers, WebTV, blog on the company project, management of the enriched profile.
