Skills management

  • Each member can define his or her skills. Branches or skill trees are simply declared with categories.
  • Integration with HRIS solutions to retrieve members' skills and automatically fill in their profile sheets.

Member activity

  • The activity tracker displays the activity (publication of a document, addition of a comment, a question, etc.) of members of the connected user's network. It is possible to react directly in the activity stream, for example by sharing a comment or voting on a piece of content.
  • Individuals can only view activities in line with their rights management.
  • The activity flow appearing in the personalized desktop can be configured by each user.
  • A space's activity feed shows the activity of the collaborative space, and can be configured by one of the space's moderators.
