Faced with the strategic need to share business expertise and capitalize on knowledge and know-how, Keolis Group has felt the need to provide its employees with a cross-functional collaborative platform on an international scale.
To carry out its project successfully, Keolis is part of a co-construction process aimed at involving as many interlocutors as possible to create a representative and transversal working group, but with a much more limited project management under the responsibility of the Knowledge Management department.
With collective experience as the key word.
Keolis chose Jalios because of its high availability, the ability to manage confidentiality aspects, the functional coverage of its solution, multilingualism and also because of its proximity partnership with the integrator ASI: need for functional skills, flexibility, support in managing change and human response, but also for its ability to meet ambitious deadlines.
"Collective experience was our greatest asset. We tested 3 tools for 5 months in real contexts before choosing Jalios."
Colin Denoux, Knowledge Management Officer
Since its launch, KeoShare has created a real dynamic of sharing and capitalizing on information and knowledge accessible to everyone everywhere.
In 6 months, nearly 60 collaborative spaces have been created to facilitate project management and business-oriented applications.
Keolis Prize was awarded by Cegos in the category "Communities and Collaborative Work" for its collaborative platform, KeoShare, based on the Jalios Digital Platform and implemented by ASI.
