A new intranet to support the digital transformation of the company

As part of its 2014-2017 strategic plan for digital transformation, and in an effort to provide its employees with the same level of service as that offered to its customers, La Redoute has decided to set up a new collaborative intranet portal, called "RWays", to serve several objectives:

  • Encouraging exchanges and federating teams in France and abroad
  • Accompany and communicate on the transformation of the company
  • Improve time and efficiency in the production, dissemination and access to information and promote its transversality
  • Improve working processes and coordination between departments
  • Encourage participation and interactivity.

Ergonomics and competitiveness of the solution

Following the evaluation of several solutions on their functional, technical and quality aspects, the choice of JALIOS, in partnership with the integrator ASI, was unanimously accepted.

The result: a true digital workplace, acclaimed by employees

A true "Digital Workplace", the new RWays collaborative Intranet includes a company news journal, business and cross-disciplinary areas offering job vacancies, an internal social network and collaborative spaces. In addition, it provides access to the full range of business tools via RStore, a kind of internal "App Store*". [...]
