Jalios has a team about 50 motivated employees, guided by a strong management team with many years of professional experience and a "hands-on" board of directors.
Vincent Bouthors, Jalios CEO and co-founder
Before creating Jalios, Vincent Bouthors worked on man-machine interfaces at Bull's R&D center in Sophia Antipolis. Following the creation of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) in 1994, he was detached to develop web site generators and documentary search tools. He initiated the Pharos project and has participated in its design and development since 1998. He founded Jalios with Olivier Dedieu.
Vincent is a graduate engineer of the HEI engineering school and holds a doctorate in computer technology.

Olivier Dedieu, Technical Director and Jalios co-founder
Olivier Dedieu's university thesis concerned the specification and development of a platform for data replication using an optimistic protocol adapted to asynchronous collaborative applications. He participated in the design of Pharos of which he was the leading developer.

Xavier Masia, Professional Services Director
Xavier Masia heads Jalios' team consultants providing expertise and support services for Jalios customers and partner integrators. With more than 10 years of experience in service development and customer care, Xavier has acquired solid experience in web technologies as manager of projects for large public and private organizations. Before joining Jalios, he worked for 5 years at Wedia, a publisher of marketing and communication solutions where he was also in charge of service activities. Xavier is a graduate of the ESSI computer science engineering school at the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis.

Jean-François Pellier, Sales Manager
Jean-François Pellier joined Jalios in 2008. He has very broad commercial experience of IT solutions acquired with French and American vendors and IT service companies. He is particularly expert in the fields of knowledge management and business intelligence. He has lived for 14 years outside France, notably in Canada and Morocco. Jean-François is a graduate of the EM Strasbourg Business School.
