- With its 45,000 inhabitants, it is today the main economic development centre and a predominantly active population with 1,600 employees.
Issues: A modern intranet to promote communication and knowledge capitalization
Concerned about adequate working conditions and better collaboration between its 1600 employees, the city of Gennevilliers has decided to review its communication strategy by setting up a collaborative intranet.
The organization was based on a tool with an aging technology and did not allow its employees to work efficiently and maintain cross-functional communication. The city therefore wanted to implement this new collaborative tool in order to meet the main challenges:
- Easy access to accurate and reliable information regardless of the mobility of any employee
- Improve communication between its 1600 agents
- Capitalize on document and knowledge management
Solution: A scalable and flexible tool
In order to meet the modernization needs of its agents' work environment, the city of Gennevilliers has opted for the Jalios JPlatform solution, which will provide them a suitable, functional and collaborative work space.
This new collaborative space allows the city to:
