The Jalios 2009 users club meeting on 16th September was another great success with JCMS users. The venue this year was kindly provided by the Pasteur Institute, one of our most loyal, long-standing clients.

The JClub, founded in 2008, responds to a real need of Jalios customers. It allows them to share their experience and to have closer contact with Jalios experts. For Jalios it is has become a vital source of feedback that helps guide its product development. This year the JClub meeting attracted 63 member clients, all JCMS users. The results of a satisfaction survey conducted at the meeting are:
These figures are a source of satisfaction for Jalios and a reward for its continuing effort to maintain an outstanding level of customer care. After an outline of Jalios news and the new features of JCMS v6.1, the participants saw a pre-release demonstration of Jalios ESN, the new Enterprise Social Network solution. The rest of the day was dedicated to testimonial presentations by Jalios customers. The Pasteur Institute presented its JCMS-based WebCampus Intranet which went into service in 2004. This is now used by 3.000 people and supports both internal communication and documentary management in full compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards. Next, Attica, a Crédit Agricole subsidiary, presented its business workflow application which is part of a major dematerialization project. JCMS provided a development platform for this application which now handles a circulating stream 22.000 files. Finally, the University of Liege presented its Jalios JCMS applications. To date a team of four people has built about ten communication sites serving 27,000 users. These systems have made the editorial staff autonomous while guaranteeing the validity of their content, and the quality of information searches and presentations. Richard Lucas, Jalios Sales & Marketing Manager, says: "The JClub meeting is indispensable for keeping in close contact with customers. It is an occasion for them to discuss specific enhancement requirements and it helps us to keep our products perfectly in phase with market needs. It is a useful complement to our Jalios Xperience community which now has over 1.300 members. Our customer-centric approach is one of the factors that explains the loyalty of our clientele to the JCMS platform." To optimize communication and to share information between and with its customers, Jalios intends to create an integrated social network specifically for JClub members. |
