Jalios closes its financial year 2007 with record growth of 62%.

Paris, July 2, 2007

Jalios, publisher of the leading enterprise content management solution JCMS, announces a very sharp increase in turnover, exceeding its growth targets set in December 2006. For the financial year 2006-2007, its turnover is up 62% at €1,155,000, versus €710,000 the previous year. The definitive turnover and net operating result will be reported next autumn once the accounts are closed. This excellent performance is driven by contracts with major private accounts and public organizations, with no less than 14 new references in the second semester 2007.

Vincent Bouthors, Jalios CEO, remarks: "These results affirm the global relevance of our offering. In just a few years we have transformed what was initially a modest enterprise tool into a genuinely innovative product, powerful, attractive and reliable, developed and deployed by a highly professional in-house team that fully understands the needs of the market. I express my thanks to our team members, all specialists making a large personal contribution to the product and to our very strong development over the last twelve months."

Olivier Dedieu, Jalios R&D Director, adds: "These figures are good news, of course, since they prove not only the importance of our technological contribution to the challenges raised by the Web 2.0 movement, but also the validity of certain concepts implemented technically to create and develop JCMS. Some Jalios clients are equipped with advanced centers for analyzing and testing solutions. JCMS has systematically come through their evaluations with flying colors. This positive feedback is highly motivating for the R&D team that I have the pleasure of managing".

"Our progress and results are the fruit of a self-financed development model that we chose and fully assume," explains Alain Risbourg, Jalios Sales & Marketing Director. "In a market that has already seen numerous buyouts and mergers, where big-name international software firms can behave very brutally, many players have defensively gone for all open source or tried to raise private investment capital. At Jalios we prefer a middle path, borrowing some good principles from the open-source world but trying to avoid unnecessary pressure from external stakeholders. JCMS has already proved its pertinence and qualities in a very competitive context and the virtues of our responsible internal management principles. Our turnover for the financial year 2007 confirms we have made the right choice and leaves us very optimistic for 2008".
