Internet Members Portal

ProBTP

PRO BTP is an organization serving employees in the building and public works sector. Its services cover pensions, provident insurance, health, individual and employee saving, insurance, and social and vacation aid. Its complete range of products and services are accessible via its Internet site. Today PRO BTP members include 1,450,000 employees, 1,934,000 pensioners and eligible beneficiaries and 527,000 enterprises, including 330,000 self-employed trades people.

The need

PRO BTP had an Internet site containing 2,000 documents. Its management proved problematic since rapid updates required the intervention of IT specialists.

It became imperative to find a solution to save time, gain autonomy in documentary updates, benefit from contributions of individuals in real time, and more generally to improve the design of the site to make it more user-friendly. Moreover, the site needed to provide access to members' confidential files.

One challenge was to integrate the content management software in the PRO BTP information system, and to guarantee the management and security of members' spaces.

The project manager, Ms. Vonderscher, explains: "PRO BTP's global objective is to provide more efficient service for its members and propose pertinent solutions."

The solution

After verifying the compatibility of JCMS with the PRO BTP information system, the newly created portal has been a complete success. Mission accomplished!

The JCMS content management system has made PRO BTP more autonomous and reactive, and contributions from individual writers can now be integrated directly.

Ms. Vonderscher adds: "We are very satisfied with this solution. The Jalios team has been very attentive to our needs and reacts quickly whenever we need assistance."
