The Industry Ministry finances jointly with the Ministry of Research, research projects within the National Network of Software Technologies. In this context, the Ministry wished to set up two sites:

Site management tender process and project evaluation RNTL by many experts recognized by their skills. The Ministry wishes to have a solution that facilitates this process and particularly its monitoring.

The management site bidding implements a workflow to ensure the confidentiality of documents and ensure compliance with rules of evaluation. Those people in charge of the evaluation committee have tables to follow the work of coordinators, evaluators and experts, and to revive the laggards. The solution integrates to pre-existing applications: the site for submitting bids and the coordinates list of experts.
