  • Consideration of the appeal within 4 business hours for emergency calls
  • Unlimited technical support incidents
  • Technical support by experienced engineers
  • Access to software patches and minor updates software (corrective maintenance).

Support Eco

Service offering Standard Support includes access to the support center, error correction, corrective upgrades and updates day application.

  • Technical Support online or by phone from 9:00 to 18:00, five days a week
  • Consideration of the call within 4 business hours for emergency calls
  • Unlimited technical support incidents
  • Technical support by experienced engineers
