Digital responsibility

Jalios has been committed to a responsible digital approach since 2020 and was awarded the Level 2 Responsible Digital Label in 2022.

Find out how we are working with our customers, partners and our entire ecosystem to build collaborative tools that are part of a more sustainable digital future.

Why take a responsible digital approach?

The digitally responsible approach at Jalios was born out of the convergence of several factors, which Jalios’ management seized upon to make it a strategic development focus:

  • The personal convictions of several employees who wanted to drive this approach internally,
  • Corporate values aligned with a digitally responsible approach: useful innovation, collective intelligence, inclusive diversity and individual fulfilment,
  • tangible levers for action, thanks to a solution used by more than 2M users and which promotes collaboration,
  • An ecosystem of committed customers and partners ready to go further together in this approach.

Jalios was awarded the INR Level 2 Responsible Digital label in October 2022 and has committed to working on 19 points over 3 years.

And what are the levers for integrating eco-responsibility into digital practices and the Digital Workplace?

The answers and results of the study conducted by Markess by exaegis on 75 decision-makers in this White Paper.

A lean and collaborative digital workplace for all

Jalios provides a collaborative platform for centralising and rationalising the exchange of information, particularly documents. When used correctly, the solution can be used to limit duplication of work, the sending of email attachments, etc., in each collaboration context. Jalios makes its customers aware of the need to use its solution responsibly.

In addition, as part of its commitment to a responsible digital approach, Jalios has implemented eco-design practices in the development of its solutions, inspired by the RGESN published by DINUM. As a result, Jalios Workplace Liberty has been awarded a sobriety score of 72/100 by Greenspector.

Finally, to be able to address everyone, Jalios R&D is working on both accessibility and mobility issues, to offer access to everyone in an inclusive way. In particular, Jalios Workplace Liberty 6.0.1 has achieved an RGAA compliance score of 61.11% and aims to achieve 75% on the same evaluation scope by the end of 2024.
