Through the JClub, Jalios brings together the community of users of its solutions by offering them regular workshops to share their experiences and best practices.
In its capacity as an influential player, Jalios has also initiated the Jalios Digital Summit, open to all those wishing to deepen their knowledge and share their experiences of the Digital Workplace and collaborative working through exchanges bringing together customers, integrators and consulting experts.

Vincent Bouthors
CEO & co-founder
Before creating Jalios, Vincent first worked at Bull’s research and development centre in Sophia Antipolis on Human Machine Interfaces, then was seconded in 1994 when the W3C was created to develop tools for generating websites and document searches.
He was at the origin of the ‘Pharos’ project, which led him to supervise the thesis of Olivier Dedieu, with whom he later founded Jalios.
Vincent holds an engineering degree from HEI and a PhD in Computer Science.
Olivier Dedieu
Technical Director & co-founder
With a doctorate in computer science, Olivier devoted his thesis to the specification and development of a platform for data replication using an optimised protocol adapted to asynchronous collaborative applications.
At Jalios, Olivier Dedieu is in charge of the company’s technological strategy. As CTO, he heads up the R&D team, which is responsible for the development of all products, and the QA (Quality Assurance) team, which ensures that they run smoothly.
He is also responsible for innovation, identifying new technologies and trends, such as Artificial Intelligence, likely to bring added value to users of Jalios products. His role is to integrate these innovations into the products, in order to strengthen the company’s position in the Intranet and Digital Workplace market.


Xavier Masia
Chief Operating Officer
Xavier joined Jalios in 2010. As Chief Operating Officer, he manages all of the company’s operational activities to ensure efficiency, security and customer satisfaction. He creates and implements strategies for the deployment of Jalios solutions, IT infrastructure and cloud services. His role is to ensure that operations support the company’s objectives, by fostering good communication and collaboration with the various departments, in order to constantly improve the quality and performance of the services delivered by Jalios.
As a member of the Jalios management committee and security team, Xavier heads up the operations department, which includes the consulting teams, customer service, the cloud team and internal IT, as well as managing ISO 27001 compliance. Before joining Jalios, he worked for a number of software publishers, including 5 years at Wedia, a publisher of marketing and communication solutions, where he was responsible for managing the services business.
Xavier Masia is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieure en Sciences Informatiques (ESSI) at the University of Nice – Sophia Antipolis.
Jean-François Pellier
Sales Director
Jean-François joined Jalios in 2008. He has extensive experience of marketing IT solutions, acquired with French and American software publishers and service companies.
He is particularly familiar with knowledge management and business intelligence.
He is a graduate of the Strasbourg School of Management and has lived abroad for over 14 years, notably in Canada and Morocco.


Hoang-Anh Phan
Marketing and Transformation Director
Passionate about managerial innovation and fuelled by her experience as a manager, agile coach and entrepreneur, Hoang-Anh joined Jalios in 2017 to explore the Intranet and Digital Workplace as a lever for transforming organisations and fostering both collective and individual fulfilment.
As a member of the Management Committee, Hoang-Anh manages communication, marketing and business development activities, both direct and indirect. She also leads the CSR and Responsible Digital initiatives, which she manages alongside other cross-functional transformation projects.
Hoang-Anh is a graduate of Télécom Bretagne (IMT Atlantique), specialising in Human Machine Interface and Artificial Intelligence. She also holds a DEA in Mathematics and Computer Science applied to Human Sciences. She has over 25 years’ experience in a wide range of organisations (start-ups, SMEs, major groups, associations and the public sector) in France and abroad (USA, UK, Vietnam).
