A wide range of services is available to support you throughout your project.
Customer Success Management
The first team you will meet during the initial demo is the Customer Success Managers (CSM) team. They are on hand to answer any questions you may have.
Too many software publishers invite you to purchase their intranet solution from their website and then leave you to figure it out on your own. We don’t want to leave you alone with your project; we will always be there for you!


Professional Services
If your project is major and requires support, we also have a dedicated team. To ensure the complete success of your collaborative project, corporate social network, document management system or intranet, more than a dozen consultants are available at every stage of your project:
- Presentation of best practices and assistance in identifying your needs and objectives before launch,
- Implementation assistance: advanced configuration and settings to meet these needs and objectives,
- Integration with the rest of your IT system (directory, Microsoft 365 or other),
- Occasional need to readjust the functional scope,
- Support for change, organisation and governance
During our initial discussions, we will be sure to introduce you to this team and explain what they can do for you.
Customer Support and Community
Reliable support
A team of specialists is available to assist you from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The support package includes access to our technical experts, error correction, change requests, corrective upgrades, and application updates (on-premises clients):
- Second-level technical support online or by phone from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., 5 days a week,
- Your call will be answered within 4 business hours for critical calls,
- Technical assistance from experienced technical experts,
- We are available to discuss the support services that best suit your needs.
A vibrant customer community
To answer your questions about using or configuring your applications, Jalios provides a wide range of online resources on its Jalios Community website:
- Documentation and technical articles,
- Programming examples and user notes,
- User forum,
- Additional module downloads,
- Knowledge base.
Our Partners
Integration, graphic charter, specific developments
For projects requiring extensive integration (on-premises clients), the creation of a graphic charter fully adapted to your communication constraints, or specific developments, we have established a network of partners who are fully available to meet your needs.

Our Training Courses
Jalios is a training centre approved by the Regional Directorate for Vocational Training under number 11 78 080 28 78.
Jalios has developed a comprehensive range of training courses to ensure you can quickly get to grips with your platform and start using it effectively.
Every year, we offer more than 100 intra-company or inter-company training sessions for our customers’ and partners’ project teams. Training courses are delivered on an intra-company basis (at the customer’s site) or on an inter-company basis (at our premises).
We also offer to develop specific training courses to enable editorial staff to use and master the content management tool.
The comprehensive training programme enables our clients and partners to master the configuration of the Jalios platform and the implementation of our new applications, and even to carry out additional developments.
