A stronger collective thanks to the Digital Workplace
Caisse des Dépôts Group has called on Jalios and its partner Keyrus to implement their transformation project through a Digital Workplace.
The primary and driving objective of this approach was to focus on community, sharing and exchanges during a pilot phase.
The Digital Workplace allowed the change of 3 key themes:
To have spaces for exchange on projects and activities through communities and trained facilitators with external stakeholders.
To refocus news information through a single channel with a rethought editorial line closer to expectations.
To provide everyone with a service environment that answers all the questions they may have on a daily basis.
Caisse des Dépôts Group is proud of the collective that they have been able to build with this platform, between support functions and with the support of the business divisions. It is a project of changing habits to meet the needs of employees.
