Jalios offers its chatbot module!
Jalios offers a new connector developed by its historical partner, Klee Group, enabling natural language to be integrated into its JBot module.
Specialising in conversational interfaces, Klee Group has developed a connector, via the open source "Rasa" brick, enabling conversations to be managed and customer data to be connected to it in response to business use cases with high added value for users. Respecting the sovereignty of user data, this connector is available in "SaaS" or "On Premise" mode.
From customer service to business support, on a service site for the general public or within a digital workplace, conversation (written or oral) is a major lever for transformation.
Long considered a futuristic product, the conversational agent has now fully invested our homes and interfaces. Indeed, by offering an immediate and relevant response to the questions asked, depending on the business context and the target audience, it is an essential function of most web projects.
In the Jalios environment, the JBot module is already available, providing a graphical interface (the chat) and data query functions (the queries).
However, it requires a connector capable of handling a natural language conversation.
Klee Group has developed a connector, via the open source "Rasa" brick, enabling conversations to be managed and customer data to be connected to it.
Associating the connector with the "Natural Langage Processing" brick, Klee Group offers a complete, functional chatbot integrated into a graphic interface.
In practice, the connector provides the following services:
- Listening to questions coming from the application interface (the Chat)
- Translation into human intentions using the semantic brick
- Referring business intentions to the application (request): business choice, use case, ...
A chatbot respecting data protection and facilitating the appropriation of the application code
