Lead manager / Inside Sales
Permanent contract - Le Chesnay

Reporting to the Sales Director, this fulfilling and complete position combines lead management actions (contact portfolio management, telemarketing and prospect qualification) and sales actions (quotation, business management, order follow-up).


Your missions

Lead management :

  • Manage the portfolio of contacts from marketing actions (website, emails, phone calls, events...)

  • Qualify prospects

  • Distribute leads to business engineers and manage appointment scheduling

  • Conduct regular telemarketing campaigns, including with our partners

  • Prospect the installed base to monitor the level of satisfaction, offer training or service, present new products and identify new business opportunities

  • Take part in marketing events (trade shows, conferences, breakfasts) to attract people and ensure the presence of registered participants

  • Provide regular reporting on the results obtained

Inside sale :

  • Issue quotations (services, training, extension of licences, etc.)
  • Prepare contractual documents: contracts, administrative documents
  • Receive orders, verify their compliance and the completeness of the elements necessary for invoicing and payment, then forward them to business engineers and sales administration
  • Monitor projects with partners: implementation date, end of guarantee, start of maintenance


  • Creation of the lead managers / inside sales team
  • Uncapped variable with accelerators
  • Possibility of teleworking several days a week
  • Possibility of evolutions, especially towards the Software as a Service (SaaS) business model:
  • Manages the availability of test versions (freemium)
  • Accompanies customers in test: regular emails, telephone, ideally also demonstration and assistance
  • Manages the ordering and closing of freemium

  • You have a BTS or a DUT specialized in sales/commerce or marketing.
  • You are a young graduate or have a first experience.
  • You "smile" on the phone.
  • Your ease of communication gives your contacts confidence.
  • You are good at listening to be relevant and persuasive.
  • You can quickly write well-spelled emails.
  • You are persistent, autonomous, dynamic and know how to manage your time.
