Participate in the Jalios Digital Summit 2018, a one-day conference to successfully address your collaborative project.
As every year since 2008, Jalios has brought together a large number of its customers for a flagship event: its User Club, more commonly known as the JClub. This year, we had the pleasure of being welcomed in the magnificent premises of our client, the Catholic Institute of Paris, on June 21, 2018.
The main objective of this event is to promote the exchange of best practices between users of the solution, facilitate communication with the publisher and discover new products. About a hundred Jalios customers responded to this call with more than 70 organizations represented. This year again, the day was rich in sharing experiences and conviviality.
For this tenth edition, the format has been revisited. The morning was devoted to the discovery of the current editor, new product features with live demonstrations and the R&D roadmap. One of this year's novelties was the award for Best Business Application Integration, which was given to Rectorat de Paris, a Jalios customer for many years who has integrated several business applications on its platform. We warmly congratulate them on this achievement. We also thank Region Bretagne and SFR Business for their applications which were also on the podium.
The usual JClub customer experience feedback that now takes place at the Jalios Digital Summit has been replaced by workshops. This small group format allowed us to develop a real proximity with our customers who were all able to speak up and tell us their expectations of the solution.
The 13 workshops covered a wide range of functional and technical topics. Here are some examples: mobility, infobesity, development of the use and usages of a Jalios platform, Social Learning, a serious game on the theme of the discovery of Jalios modules, integration with Office 365 and Google Suite, performance, RGPD...
This great novelty of the JClub was particularly appreciated by the participants and really allowed our teams to be always more attentive to our customers. With this success, this new format will undoubtedly be renewed in 2019!
