Jalios proposes technical support to assist the installation and operation of your projects and to ensure that users get the highest quality of service.  Jalios manages the corrective maintenance and upgrades of its offers used under license.

 Our Customer Support Center is available to answer all your questions, for example:

  • Operational malfunctions of Jalios Digital Platform, Jalios Document System and Jalios Web Factory
  • Problems during installation of software or maintenance versions
  • Supported operating systems and third-party software
  • Error messages seen during routine use of your applications

To help you deal with issues relating to use or configuration of your applications, Jalios has created a special website, Jalios Community, which provides many useful resources:

  • Documentation and technical articles
  • Programming examples and usage notes
  • User forum
  • Downloadable plugins
  • Knowledge base
  • Patches base

Licence support

For Jalios licensed customers, our support service includes access to our technical experts, error corrections, change requests, corrective upgrades and application updates:

  • Second-level technical support online or by telephone, 9 am to 6 pm, 5 days a week
  • Response to customer emergency calls within 2 working hours
  • Assistance provided by experienced technical experts

SaaS support

For customers using our SaaS offer, our support includes standard second-level support. Customers must provide their own first-level user support.

 However, if you are unable to resolve a problem, a designated person in your organization may request second-level support from Jalios:

  • Response to customer emergency calls within 2 working hours
  • Assistance provided by experienced technical experts
