Un chiffre tr\u00e8s bas alors que ces profils apportent des comp\u00e9tences cl\u00e9s, une exp\u00e9rience pr\u00e9cieuse, et une capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 transmettre inestimable.<\/p>\n<p>Nous refusons cette mise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cart silencieuse. L\u2019inclusion g\u00e9n\u00e9rationnelle chez Jalios, ce n\u2019est pas une promesse : <strong>c\u2019est une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 concr\u00e8te<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Notre entreprise compte actuellement 103 salari\u00e9\u00b7es, dont 15 ont plus de 50 ans, soit 14,5 % de l\u2019effectif. Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 recrut\u00e9 5 personnes de plus de 50 ans en CDI, sur des postes vari\u00e9s : administratif, technicien IT, commerciale, avant-vente et ing\u00e9nieur IT.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Et ce n\u2019est pas fini : nous restons attentifs \u00e0 tous les talents exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s, ind\u00e9pendamment de leur \u00e2ge, m\u00eame si celui-ci n\u2019est pas un crit\u00e8re recueilli lors du processus de recrutement.
