Using Jalios, the insurer MMA provides personalized sites for each of its 2,000 agents.
MMA (Mutuelles du Mans Assurances) is a group of mutual insurance, multi-specialist, which caters to both individuals, professionals, businesses, communities and associations. It has over 13,000 employees, 1,500 general agents and 2,000 sales outlets in charge of customer relations. MMA is the third network of general agents in assets and liabilities with over 3 million customers.
MMA's objective is to offer to its different agents a site that they can customize . All agents can subscribe to this offer to benefit from common features with similar ergonomics mma.fr: special access products, pricing, managing local campaigns, presentation of the agency, access to customer personal space, and directory pages professional advice cards.
The Jalios solution, with its factory sites functionality, enabled 2,000 websites to easily deploy agents on the same platform. Each site has a common part and a clean part: agents autonomously manage some content: Specialty, agents, employees. For agents who administer their site, simplicity and ergonomics are very important factors.
The project took place in two phases: three months to carry out the pilot sites and then six months to deploy 2,000 Group agent sites. The solution Jalios, developed in Java, has been integrated into business applications developed in .NET.
