management team with many years of professional experience and a
"hands-on" board of directors.
Vincent
Bouthors, Jalios CEO and co-founder
Before creating Jalios, Vincent Bouthors worked on man-machine
interfaces at Bull's R&D center in Sophia Antipolis. Following the creation
of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) in 1994, he was detached to develop web
site generators and documentary search tools. He initiated the Pharos project
and has participated in its design and development since 1998.
Vincent is a graduate engineer of the HEI engineering school and holds a
doctorate in computer technology.
Olivier
Dedieu, Technical Director and Jalios co-founder
Olivier Dedieu's university thesis concerned the specification and
development of a platform for data replication using an optimistic protocol
adapted to asynchronous collaborative applications. He participated in the
design of Pharos of which he was the leading developer.
Olivier holds a doctorate in computer technology.
Richard Lucas,
Sales Director
Richard Lucas has held varied commercial and marketing responsibilities
relating to enterprise content management (ECM) infrastructure and solutions.
His responsibilities in France and Europe brought him into contact with large
companies and leading VARs and integrators. He brings to Jalios more than 20
years of commercial experience, including 10 on the ECM / EDM / BPM segment.
Richard is a graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG) commercial
school and has an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
Xavier Masia,
Professional Services Director
Xavier Masia leads a team of consultants providing
expertise and support services for Jalios customers and partner integrators.
With more than 10 years of experience in service development and customer care,
he has acquired solid experience of web technologies, including ECM, portals
and multi-channel publication, having led big projects in the public and
private sectors. Before joining Jalios, he worked for 5 years at Wedia, a
developer of marketing and communication solutions, where he was already in
charge of service activities.
Xavier is a graduate of École Supérieure en Sciences Informatiques (ESSI)
computer science engineering school at the University of Nice - Sophia
Antipolis.
